What types of payment do you accept?
At this time, we are accepting payments through PayPal only. Sorry, but we are unable to take checks or money orders.
How long before my order ships?
We ship Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 12:00 pm),excluding holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: If you pay for your order after noon on Fridays, your order will not ship out until the following Monday!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are as follows: **U.S. ONLY**
First Class Mail: (4-7 days after shipping)
Priority Mail: (3-5 days after shipping)
Media Mail: (5-11 days after shipping)
** International orders can take 14 - 30 Days to arrive**
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We will send you an email conformation with your tracking number when your order ships out.
***International orders do not get tracking number***
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns of defective or unopened items within 14 days. Once the item has been returned, we will credit your PayPal or Credit Card account (including original shipping costs). Buyer is responsible to pay shipping fee's for returning the items.
When is my Payment due?
Payments are due within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not made by then, your order will be canceled, and the item re-listed.
